Its a tradition of the Hansen Family (our cousins) that conference weekend during the priesthood session, the men go to the session and the women go out to eat together. We usually just talk like women often do and have a great time. It gets a little hectic as we all keep adding our own kids to the mix, but still, always fun. I had the brilliant idea of "locking" all the kids in the booth and we sat on the long table. From L to R- Addy, Sofia, Maya, Ephriam and Ella.
This year Sofia's birthday landed on a Sunday AND on conference weekend. So while we were at the restaurant, we let our servers know that it was her b-day the next day and they sang to her. She loved it! Here's the birthday girl with her candle and ice cream. She was thrilled!
