The "Greek" in the Hansen family causes Easter to be a very fun experience with the Bracket of the eggs. Heres the rundown. The Hansens do the majority of the work by boiling and decorating a plethora of eggs. Then on Easter between the dinner and dessert, we start the bracket. Junior, Main and Senior. You pick and egg and go to battle. One person does the "hitting" the other braces themself (and thier egg) in hopes it does not crack. If it does? Your out. If it does'nt? You move on to ther next bracket. Make sense?!
Well to further explain...
Here is Sofia and Mady going at it. Mady's egg was seriously a ROCK! When she won the tournament for the Junior bracket, Sof tried to finally break it. She was literally POUNDING her egg on Mady's and it barely cracked. I was laughing hysterically watching my little one get so worked up about it...I have NO idea where the dramatic competition streak comes from.
Mady with her "rock"
Mady and Ella going to battle. Mady won out the entire Junior bracket!
Ella decided to get into the marker that was used to make the bracket...yeah...Nuff said.
